Detectives Looking For Person of Interest in University District Shooting

COLUMBUS, OH – Homicide detectives have connected a third person to a shooting that occurred last Friday, leaving one man dead and another injured in the University District.

Investigators are seeking help identifying an individual involved in a fight near N. High St. and 12th Ave., just before the shooting.

Deijon Bedgood, 25, was killed, while the second victim, a 27-year-old man, was hospitalized but is expected to recover. Charges have been filed against two suspects in connection with the homicide.
