Alexandria police investigate shooting on Duke Street

Alexandria, VA – The Alexandria Police Department has responded to a shots fired call for service in the 6200 block of Duke Street. As of now, there is a moderate police presence in the area.

The incident was reported shortly before 11 am Sunday morning.

According to the police, no injuries have been reported in connection with the incident. However, they have not provided any information about the nature of the shooting, the number of shots fired, or the possible suspects involved.
