Two arrested for street fight in Cumberland

CUMBERLAND, MD – Two men have been arrested on charges of assault, trespassing, and disorderly conduct in Cumberland.

According to the Cumberland Police Department, officers were patrolling the first block of Bedford Street on Sunday evening when they observed a physical fight in progress.

The officers intervened and separated the individuals involved. The victim had sustained minor injuries. The two male suspects were identified as Bradley Brugnoli, 27, and Leo Rhodes, 52, and were later placed under arrest.

After an investigation, they were transported to Central Booking, where they were seen by a District Court Commissioner and released on their personal recognizance.

Both suspects have been charged with assault in the second degree, trespassing on posted property, and disorderly conduct.
