Police seek man wanted for alleged domestic harassment

WEST CHESTER, PA – The Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police are searching for Sean Thomas Higgins, 32, of Philadelphia, after a resident of Westtown Township made multiple complaints of domestic-related stalking and harassment on April 21.

An arrest warrant was issued for Higgins after he refused to turn himself in to police.

Anyone with information regarding Higgins’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police at 610-692-5100 or submit a tip online. Higgins faces one count of Stalking (M1) and one count of Harassment (M3).
