Dad charged for assaulting juvenile daughter in domestic violence case

LEBANON, PA – On Tuesday, at approximately 4:50 pm, South Lebanon Township Police responded to a domestic dispute at 120 South 5th Avenue in Lebanon, PA. The officers discovered that David Ira Sheaffer had physically assaulted his juvenile daughter, causing visible injuries. Sheaffer was subsequently taken into custody without incident and charged with Simple Assault (Domestic Violence) and Harassment.
