Man Arrested for Police Impersonation at Annapolis Medical Center

ANNAPOLIS, MD – On Monday, at approximately 5:00 p.m., officers responded to an intoxicated male outside the Anne Arundel Medical Center, located at 2001 Medical Parkway in Annapolis.

The man, identified as 64-year-old Glenn Anthony Atkins of Annapolis, was wearing an FBI hat and a gold-colored badge around his neck.

He claimed to be an ATF agent but failed to provide any further information about his alleged employment or produce law enforcement credentials.

Witnesses reported that Atkins had exposed his genitals while urinating near the roadway. Officers arrested Atkins, and he has been charged with police impersonation and disorderly conduct.
