COLUMBUS, OH – Detectives are requesting public assistance to identify a second suspect involved in a recent shooting that left one man dead and another injured near the Ohio State University campus. Columbus Police officers and the OSU Police Department responded to the area of N. High St. and E. 12th Ave. after receiving reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, they discovered two victims: 25-year-old Deijon Bedgood, who died as a result of the incident, and a 27-year-old man who was transported to a local hospital and is expected to recover.
Investigators have arrested Raymond Ladd, 26, on murder charges. However, they are still searching for a second individual connected to the shooting.
