Suspect Sought in Susquehanna Village Real Estate Company Burglary

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Central Detective Division in Philadelphia is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual involved in a recent burglary at Susquehanna Village Real Estate Company. On Monday, around 10:00 pm, an unknown black male broke into the company located on West Susquehanna Avenue.

The suspect entered the management office and maintenance room, stealing a cart of tools, an iPad, and various items. Surveillance footage captured the suspect wearing a coverall, a bandana on his head, and a mask.

Authorities describe the suspect as a medium-built black male wearing a dark hooded jacket, dark pants, and gray sneakers and are urging anyone with information to come forward by contacting the Philadelphia Police immediately.
