CAMP HILL, PA – Manuel Lira III is wanted by Lower Allen Township Police for aggravated assault and simple assault following an incident on April 22, 2023.
Officers were dispatched to 1308 Slate Hill Road for an active assault and found the victim lying on the ground, bleeding heavily from the face and head.
Lira was detained at the scene, and witnesses described seeing him standing over the victim, punching him numerous times.
The victim sustained a fractured jaw and spent time in the ICU. A warrant has been issued for Lira’s arrest, and anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the police.
