COLUMBUS, OH – Columbus Police have charged two suspects, Kenneth Baffour and Joseph Mansaray, with the murder of 53-year-old Edgar Romero-Gutierrez in North Columbus on April 29, 2023.
Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Webster Canyon Ct. on a reported shooting, where they found Romero-Gutierrez suffering from a gunshot wound. Responding medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Following a thorough investigation, police filed a warrant for the arrest of Kenneth Baffour, while SWAT officers were able to arrest Joseph Mansaray without incident.
