Allentown Man Arrested for Firing Gun During Domestic Dispute

ALLENTOWN, PA – Juan Lopez, 44, of Allentown, has been arrested on Sunday for firing gunshots in the air during a domestic-related incident near North 28th Street and West Livingston Stree

t. Officers from the Allentown Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic dispute with gunshots fired.

Upon arrival, they found Lopez who had allegedly fired multiple rounds from a handgun during an argument with his partner.

Lopez is charged with Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Disorderly Conduct, and No Carrying or Discharging of Firearms or Weapons.
