PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, MD – Marcell Billups, a 40-year-old man from Lanham, has been charged by the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit in connection with the fatal shooting of Roger Neal, a 56-year-old resident of Hyattsville.

Billups now faces charges of first and second-degree murder, arson, and other related charges. He is currently in custody in Washington, DC, and awaits extradition to Prince George’s County.
