Kennett Square Resident Charged with Indecent Exposure

KENNETT SQUARE, PA – In a shocking incident on Friday, Kennett Square Police Department received a report of a man exposing and touching his genitals in public.

The suspect, identified as 67-year-old Jose Aviles-Aguilar of West Grove, was reportedly parked in his vehicle outside a business on the 200 block of South Washington Street, engaging in the act of publicly pleasuring himself.

Responding officers tracked down Aviles-Aguilar at his residence following the incident. The charges filed against him at District Court 15-3-04 include indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct.
