Paterson police investigating after 34-year-old woman shot

PATERSON, NJ – On Wednesday, a 34-year-old woman from Paterson arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound. The location of the shooting is still under investigation by the Paterson Police Department.

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Department Officer-In-Charge Isa Abbassi announced that members of the Paterson Police Department were advised of the incident at approximately 11:50 a.m.
