Search Underway for Suspect in High-Value Theft in Columbus

COLUMBUS, OH – Investigators from the Columbus Police Property Crimes Bureau are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect involved in the recent theft of four North Face jackets from a retailer located in the 1500 block of Polaris Parkway.

The incident, which took place in December 2022, was captured on security cameras, clearly showing the suspect taking the expensive jackets and leaving the store without making any payment.

The value of the stolen merchandise exceeds $1,100, which raises the crime to a felony under Ohio law. The suspect remains at large, and detectives are urging anyone with information about the crime to contact Det. Lee at (614) 645-2043 or jlee@columbuspolice.org.
