Brooklyn Teen Arrested in Connection with Homicide

BROOKLYN, NY – On Thursday, 19-year-old Isiah Baez was apprehended in relation to an ongoing homicide investigation in Brooklyn.

Baez was arrested at around 10:30 am at his residence on East 37 Street.

Baez is facing charges including murder, criminal possession of a weapon, and tampering with physical evidence.

The arrest follows an investigation that began on February 7, when police officers found an unidentified male with severe burn wounds near the freight train tracks at Nostrand Avenue.
