Monroe Man Arrested Following Multi-Agency Drug Dealing Investigation

ORANGE COUNTY, NY – Josias Rivera, 30, a Monroe resident, was arrested on Thursday, at a home in Monroe. Charging documents reveal that police officers executed a search warrant at the residence, recovering approximately 46 grams of cocaine, 7.5 grams of MDMA, a loaded ghost gun, a shotgun, ammunition, and a large sum of cash.

The search warrant concluded a three-month multi-agency investigation into narcotics trafficking in the area.

Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler thanked the Orange County Drug Task Force and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for their efforts in the investigation that led to Rivera’s arrest.
