House Fire in Hatfield Township Claims Two Lives

HATFIELD TOWNSHIP, PA – Early Friday morning, at 4:20 a.m., a fire broke out at a residence in Hatfield Township, Montgomery County.

The fire, which was reported at 2873 Washington Lane, trapped two individuals on the second floor of the house.

Hatfield Township Police and Fire Marshal, alongside several local fire departments and EMS personnel, responded to the scene. Despite efforts to control the fire and rescue the trapped individuals, an adult male and female, both victims succumbed to their injuries.

A third adult was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest with burn injuries. His condition remains unknown.
