Rivervale woman facing assault charges after incident at treatment center

LOWER WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Margaret Elizabeth-Joy Morris, a 19-year-old resident of Rivervale, New Jersey, was charged with assault on Tuesday. The incident occurred at approximately 10:44 am at The Ranch located at 1166 Hilts Road.

An officer from the Lower Windsor Township Police Department apprehended Morris, who was later arraigned at Judge Laird’s Office MDJ 19-2-02. Morris is facing charges of Simple Assault, Harassment, and Disorderly Conduct. She was transported to Central Booking for processing. A preliminary hearing is yet to be scheduled at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.

Police did not release details of the assault.
