Harrisburg Police Charge Driver in Fatal December Accident

HARRISBURG, PA – The Harrisburg Police charged and arrested Eddie Rushin on Monday, for his involvement in a fatal accident on December 8, 2022, at Cameron and Market Streets. The accident involved a female pedestrian struck by a vehicle driven by Rushin. The victim was transported to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

Investigation revealed Rushin was under the influence of a controlled substance and speeding at the time of the accident. Rushin faces charges of Homicide by Vehicle While DUI and other related offenses.
