New York City – A 63-year-old woman was the victim of a violent robbery on Tuesday, May 16, at approximately 1:20 p.m. The incident occurred near 5210 Broadway, when a white Honda Accord pulled up beside her. A passenger exited the vehicle and forcefully pushed her to the ground, snatching her purse. The suspect then fled in the Honda Accord, heading northbound on Broadway.

The stolen purse contained the victim’s cell phone, credit cards, debit cards, and approximately $80 in cash.

The woman suffered minor injuries in the assault but did not require medical attention.
