9-year-old falls to His death From Bronx Apartment Building

New York, NY – A 9-year-old boy fell to his death from 4th floor window of an apartment building Sunday afternoon in the Bronx.

Police responded to 240 Mount Hope Place at around 4:11 pm after receiving a 911 report of child who fell from the building to the ground below.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers discovered the young boy unconscious and unresponsive, displaying injuries consistent with a fall from a considerable height.

The child was immediately provided with medical attention by the responding officers and was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital for further medical intervention.

The boy was identified as Miguel Ramos.

Ramos, was transported to Saint Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
