Man attacked Friday Dead at Hospital on Sunday

Brooklyn, MD – A man has died from injuries sustained during a fight that took place inside his home in Brooklyn on Friday.

According to police, the attack happened in the 300 block of Arundel Road West.

Police said 43-year-old Christopher Michael Wright was killed as a result of the assault.

Anne Arundel County Police Department officers responded to the scene at approximately 5:00 p.m., where they found the victim receiving medical attention from Anne Arundel County Fire Department personnel.

Due to the severity of his injuries, Wright was transported to a nearby trauma center for urgent treatment.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the suspects had arrived at the victim’s residence in relation to a previous altercation. An altercation ensued, during which Wright sustained life-threatening injuries.

Wright’s condition deteriorated, and he succumbed to his injuries on Sunday at approximately 9:45 p.m., after being pronounced deceased at the hospital. The suspects involved in the incident are described as 3-4 white males, aged between their mid 20s to mid 30s.

The Homicide Unit is actively investigating the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the assault.
