Suspects steal NYPD cameras from Downed Utility Pole

New York City, NY – A pair of suspects are being sought by police after they took NYPD surveillance cameras from a downed utility pole in Brooklyn.

According to the NYPD, on Sunday, May 7, at around 8:00 a.m., an unknown truck stopped at the location of 1134 East New York Avenue.

Two unidentified individuals emerged from the truck, with one of them taking ‘NYPD’ cameras and equipment that had been attached to a previously downed pole at the site.

The suspects fled in an eastbound direction on East New York Avenue.
