PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating Lloyd Statts IV. Lloyd, originally from the 500 block of Homestead Road in Wilmington, Delaware, was staying on the 6800 block of North 15th Street when he left the location with his cousin.
Lloyd Statts IV, 13 years old, stands at 5’3″ tall and weighs approximately 156 lbs. He has brown hair and brown eyes. There is no available description of the clothing he was wearing at the time of his disappearance.
