Multiple Sexual Assault Charges for New Cumberland Resident

NEW CUMBERLAND, PA – On Saturday, at 11:30 am, Devin P. Hogue, a 23-year-old resident of Lewisberry, was arrested by the New Cumberland Police Department.

The arrest came after a series of investigations that commenced in March 2023, which identified Hogue as the perpetrator of multiple sexual assaults.

The subsequent investigations into these allegations revealed multiple victims of Hogue’s offenses. The police obtained warrants for Hogue’s arrest, leading to a non-confrontational apprehension.

Hogue was arraigned on multiple charges, including Sexual Abuse of Children, Sexual Assault by a Sports Official, Unlawful Contact with Minor, Corruption of Minors, and Indecent Assault.

After arraignment, Hogue’s bail was set at $75,000, and he was remanded to Cumberland County Prison. The investigations are ongoing, and the New Cumberland Police Department is urging anyone with further information regarding these cases to reach out at (717) 774-0400.
