Shooting Incident in Severn: Police Investigating

SEVERN, MD – A shooting incident took place in Meade Village on Wednesday, around 2:30 am, as reported by Western District Police Department. Officers patrolling the area heard gunshots and observed a vehicle speeding from the scene. The vehicle couldn’t be located, and no victims were found at the location.

However, a patient with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound arrived at a nearby hospital later on. Shell casings were found at Meade Village Circle near Meade Village Road, and two houses on the 1600 block of Briarwood Court were struck by projectiles.
