CAMBRIDGE, MD – On Tuesday, officers from the Cambridge Police Department located and served Edditra Tramesha Manokey, a 27-year-old Cambridge resident, with a criminal summons. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 20 at Denny’s.

The victim reported that Manokey and two other individuals attempted to block them from leaving, first at Denny’s, then again in the Ace Hardware parking lot. The group reportedly followed the victim to their residence and threatened harm. Manokey was charged with stalking and was provided with a copy of the summons.
