ANNAPOLIS, MD – Over the past week, dozens of thefts and tampering with automobiles have been recently reported in the Whispering Woods and Bay Dale areas. Unlocked vehicles have been the main target, with various items stolen. These incidents have typically occurred in the early morning hours.
