Theft Arrest by Cumberland City Police Department

CUMBERLAND, MD – On Tuesday, officers from the Cumberland City Police responded to a theft report at a business in the 700 block of Park St. Employees informed officers that a woman had walked out of the store with over $200 worth of merchandise.

The woman, identified as Gabriella Ann Keplinger, 34, of Barton, was located near the store and arrested. She was unable to provide proof of purchase for the items found in her possession. Keplinger has been charged with theft of less than $1000 and awaits her trial in District Court.
