D.C. Armed Robbers Caught On Camera

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Detectives from the Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department are asking the public for help in identifying suspects linked to an Armed Robbery that happened Wednesday evening in Southeast D.C.

Just before 7 pm, the victim was approached by the suspects at the 500 block of 53rd Street. Using handguns, the suspects threatened the victim and stole property.

A nearby surveillance camera captured the suspects. If you have any information about this incident, please take no action but call the police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department’s TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The incident remains under investigation.
