Man Arrested and Charged in Connection with Fatal Shooting in Queens

QUEENS, NY – In an ongoing investigation, the New York City Police Department arrested and charged Charles Foehner, a 65-year-old man from Queens, with 26 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon on Thursday.

The arrest follows a shooting incident on Wednesday, in which a 32-year-old man, Cody Gonzalez, was found dead from gunshot wounds at 123-20 82nd Avenue. A firearm was recovered from the scene, and the investigation is still ongoing.
