NYC IT worker charged for menacing, criminal weapon possession

NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Thursday, at 2:38 pm, 41-year-old Garfield Martin, an IT contractor working fort the city of New York, was arrested within the 84th Precinct.

Charges against Martin include Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.

Police did not release any further information regarding the arrest.

This article has been corrected to reflect the arrested individual was a contract worker and not a city employee.
