NEW YORK CITY, NY – Staten Island resident Magdy Kheir, 66, was recently arrested on charges related to forcible touching, sexual abuse, and harassment. Between May 18, 2023, and June 2, 2023, Kheir was reportedly involved in the sexual assault of three female victims, ages 23 to 39, in the 123rd Precinct.
