PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old juvenile named Carmela Hall. Carmela was last seen on June 6, 2023, in the vicinity of the 700 block of Cumberland Street.
Carmela is described as being 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a burgundy Nike Tech jacket, black jeans, and black Adidas sneakers. It is believed that Carmela may be in the area of 2500 North 22nd Street and 2600 North Franklin Street.
