Fugitive wanted in Dover shooting captured

DOVER, DE – On Monday, Roger Barlow, a 29-year-old resident of Magnolia, was taken into custody by members of the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force.

The arrest is connected to a shots fired complaint originally reported on Tuesday, May 16,, which resulted in property damage on W Loockerman Street in Dover.

After photographs of Barlow were circulated on social media platforms, he was identified and apprehended at a residence in the 100 block of Terry Drive, Magnolia, DE. Following processing and arraignment at the Dover Police Department, Barlow was committed to SCI on a $22,000 secured bail.

Barlow faces charges of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, reckless endangering in the first degree, and criminal mischief over $1000.
