Arson and Theft Suspect Sought in Kensington Avenue Fire

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A fire broke out inside a commercial property on the 3100 block of Kensington Avenue on Wednesday, around 3:37PM.

The Arson Task Force is seeking assistance in identifying a female suspect seen inside the store shortly before the fire started. The suspect is also believed to have stolen clothing items from the store.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately 30 to 35 years of age, of thin build, with multicolored hair.
