Baltimore Shooting Sends 27-Year-Old Man to Hospital

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 27-year-old man was injured in a shooting that took place in the area of Westport Avenue in Southern Baltimore last night.

Just before 9 pm, Baltimore Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to an area hospital in response to a gunshot victim seeking treatment. At the hospital, officers discovered a 27-year-old male victim with a gunshot wound to the left forearm. The victim’s condition is currently stable.

According to preliminary findings, it was revealed that the victim was in the area of Westport Avenue and Annapolis Road when they became aware of pain resulting from a gunshot injury. The victim quickly made their way to the hospital for medical assistance.
