15-Year-Old Missing From Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating a missing 15-year-old juvenile named Fenton Higgins. The teenager was last seen on June 2, 2023, at 8:00 am in the vicinity of the 2500 block of South Robinson Street.

Fenton Higgins is described as being 5’6″ tall and weighing approximately 125 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white t-shirt and black striped pants. Reports suggest that Fenton may have been spotted in the Center City/Penn’s Landing area.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have information regarding Fenton’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Southwest Detective Division at 215-686-3183/84 or call 911.
