PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Arthur Ellis, a 56-year-old individual who has been reported missing. Arthur was last seen on Friday, June 9, 2023, at 8:00 P.M. in the vicinity of the 2700 block of Croskey Street.
Arthur Ellis is described as a 6’0″ tall individual weighing approximately 130 pounds. He has a thin build, partially gray hair, and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he wore a blue jacket, sweatshirt, and white t-shirt.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have information regarding Arthur’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or call 911.
