Philadelphia Man Arrested in Connection to Germantown Murder

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On Saturday, Philadelphia Police Officers arrested Kyree Dennis, a man wanted for a murder that took place in Germantown last year

. The 24-year-old suspect is accused of fatally shooting a 69-year-old male at a Citizens Bank ATM vestibule on the evening of March 3, 2022.

After being pursued on foot, Dennis was apprehended on the 3400 block of Marshall Street. He has since been charged with Murder, Conspiracy, Robbery with Intent to Inflict Serious Bodily Injury, and various weapon charges by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Homicide and Non-Fatal Shooting Unit.

The victim’s family has been informed of the arrest.
