Woman shot in the head, killed in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A shooting incident unfolded on 500 East Duval Street this Monday when a 30-year-old woman was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 4:19 pm, as reported by the Philadelphia Police Department.

The woman, who suffered a gunshot wound to the head, was transported to Albert Einstein Hospital where she was pronounced dead at 5:06 pm.

No arrests have been made so far in the ongoing investigation and no weapons have been found at the crime scene.
