Car thief pulls gun on Philadelphia airport parking attendant

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Major Crimes Auto Squad, Southwest Detectives, and Airport Police are jointly investigating approximately 25 thefts and 5 armed robberies that have occurred at car rental agencies located at 1 Arrival Rd at the Philadelphia International Airport.

The key suspect is described as a man in his early 20s, donning a black hoodie and face mask, and armed with a handgun.

These offenses usually involve a line of 3 to 4 cars, with the first operator threatening the booth attendant with a firearm to open the gate. Any information regarding these crimes should be reported to the Major Crimes Auto Squad.
