RICHMOND, VA – Third Precinct detectives are reaching out to the public for help in identifying three suspects, seen in this image, who stole an idling work van earlier in May.
The suspects drove the van across town and abandoned it in the Bellemeade neighborhood after stealing a computer tablet and other items.
