Carlisle Man Arrested for Domestic Assault

CARLISLE, PA – Dorian Simmons was apprehended by the Carlisle Police Department last Thursday, following a domestic dispute that turned physical on the 200 block of E Street. The incident unfolded at approximately 11:50 am.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found that Simmons had assaulted his girlfriend, employing both strangulation and striking her with a frying pan. Consequently, Simmons faces multiple charges which include Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment. As per the charges, Simmons is held accountable for one count of Strangulation (F2), one count of Simple Assault (M2), and one count of Harassment. Currently, Simmons is in police custody.
