CHAMBERSBURG, PA – David T. Jones, who was wanted in relation to an assault case, was arraigned on Tuesday. The warrant issued against Jones by the Chambersburg Borough Police Department was executed and get was arrested.
The assault dates back to Monday, March 14th, 2022, when the Chambersburg Police responded to a call from the 400 block of E Catherine St. The ensuing investigation revealed Jones had punched the victim multiple times, and also choked her until she was unable to breathe.
The charges against Jones include Strangulation and Simple Assault.
