Police in Glen Burnie make drug and gun arrest

GLEN BURNIE, MD – Early Sunday morning, Demario Murrell Johnson, a 31-year-old man from Linthicum, was apprehended by the Northern District police following a report of an unconscious driver at the intersection of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Amberly Road.

Upon arrival, officers noticed a black semi-automatic handgun on Johnson’s lap. His arrest was carried out without resistance.

The subsequent inquiry resulted in the discovery of numerous drugs, including suspected Heroin, crack cocaine, powder cocaine, and marijuana, along with an unknown pill, four cellular phones, and $310 in cash. Johnson faces charges related to DUI and weapon offenses.
