BOSTON, MA – On Tuesday, at about 1:00 AM, officers from the District C-11 arrested Joe Simmons, 35, of Boston and Felicia Lima, 35, of Roxbury on firearm charges following a traffic stop at 63 Monadnock Street in Dorchester.

The vehicle was pulled over due to excessively dark tinted windows and failure to stop for a red light or use its turn signal. The driver and passengers were uncooperative, which led to a further investigation. A loaded Kel-Tec P-11 firearm was recovered from the vehicle, leading to the arrest of both Simmons and Lima.
