Arrest Made Following Vehicle Crash and Theft

CONOY TOWNSHIP, PA – On Thursday, at around 5:13 am, officers from the Susquehanna Regional Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at the entrance of Purdue at 1911 River Road. Witnesses reported that the suspect had fled the scene wearing a black mask and carrying a firearm.

The officers later apprehended the suspect, identified as Miraye, without incident. Investigation revealed that Miraye had been driving a stolen vehicle and was in possession of two stolen handguns at the time of his capture.

The investigation is ongoing and has been handed over to the PSP Troop J Detectives, following the discovery that the vehicle was stolen from a location in Narvon. Miraye is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
