Young Man Treated for Gunshot Wound in Rochester

ROCHESTER, NY – A 20-year-old man presented himself at Strong Memorial Hospital on Wednesday evening, suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. The individual, a resident of Chili, is believed to have been shot on the 100 block of Brooks Avenue.

Rochester police officers reported that the young man was transported to the hospital by private vehicle. He is currently receiving treatment for his non-life-threatening injury.
